INFORMATIVEAccording to of the D.Lgs. 30 June 2003 n°196 
The individual indicated in the section “contacts” of the internet site supplies this information regarding the use of the e-mail address supplied by the customer, in observance of the D.lgs 196/2003, and successive modifications, providing for the protection of the person and other subjects (" D.lgs 196/2003") regarding the treatment of personal data.

According to art.13 D.lgs 196/2003, it follows: 
1) the collected data will be treated(defined by art. 4, 2° code D.lgs 196/2003), as archive in both paper and automated form by the computer server connected to the individual that manages the internet site, for purposes related to the contents on the site: 
• to send you information from the webmaster regarding the site’s contents; 
• to send you information from related commercial activities via the webmaster; 
• in order to distribute the services or to supply the products advertised on the site use of the e-mail address and its owner’s authorization is required; 
2) Failing to consent to the authorization defined by art.13 the first code lett. c will involve the impossibility to receive the products or the services advertised on the internet site or to forward the order; to complete such operations the supplied e-mail address is necessary; 
3) Your e-mail address may be communicated exclusively to: 
• other commercial affiliates managed by the site’s webmaster; 
• private or public agencies under legal obligation; 
• your e-mail address may be transmitted abroad as consented by an within the limits art.43 and 44 D.lgs 196/2003. 
4) L' art.7 D.lgs 196/2003 attributes some rights in relation to the treatment of your personal data among which: 
• the right to know how your personal data will be treated; 
• the right to obtain any update or modification, as well as any integration, cancellation or transformation and your right to block any version in violation of the law; 
• the right to oppose compliance with the purposes indicated for legitimate reasons ; 
• the right to deny the use of personal data for the informational and commercial objectives of the webmaster; 
5) The individual responsible for collecting and keeping data is the webmaster indicated in the section " contatti" of the site. You can contact the site owner via email at the addresses indicated in the section “contacts” or by means of registered mail, to the physical address indicated in the section “contacts”.

The train station (Agropoli-Castellabate) offers travelers many itineraries aboard Italy’s regional, intercity and Eurostar Italia trains along the Napoli-Reggio Calabria line. With easy access to the super freeway “Autostrada A3 SA-RC” from “Statale 18”, those travelling by car can quickly navigate northern and southern routes from Agropoli.
